Lone Looper

These pieces came into being when, after buying a Boss Loop Station, I began playing with myself, mostly rather late at night, headphones on and lost to the world. I definitely have a tendency to lose myself in my loops, and this tendency became even more pronounced after I bought a second Looper, giving me the possibility to create two loops of different duration and playing them in stereo.

There was no particular intention behind these loop sessions, but after a while I thought I might record and play with my loopers while recording. The result is the mixed bag of loop-based pieces presented to you here as a virtual CD.

Is this stuff serious music? Well, it doesn't really have the pretense of being art music, but then there is a lot of myself in these short pieces, so that they're not arbitrary noodling, either... you decide.
